Vilken är din historia på Kristinedals Träningscenter?
I started on the 1st of March at Kristinedal as a Personal Trainer. My goal when I moved to Sweden was to work at a professional and diverse trainingcenter. To me, Kristinedals Träningscenter is that place.

 

Vad har du för träningsbakgrund?
I started at a young age with judo. Later on I switched to playing football. After I quit playing football I decided to start with fitness and now I workout in the gym and combine this with crossfit and yoga.

 

Vad är det du gillar med att jobba med träning?
It doesn’t matter which level you are on, you can always improve in strength or technique. You are never done learning.

 

Favoritövning eller favorittekniktips?
My favorite workout with my clients is the dead bug. It’s a core- and coordination workout in one. It’s much harder than it looks. My favorite workout at the moment is the deadlift. This is a physical exercise where you need to focus on your whole body.

 

Bästa tränings- eller motivationstipset till våra kunder?
The most important thing is to have fun and challenge yourself. If you just want to stay fit, have fun. Then it’s much easier to keep it up for long term. If you want to lose weight or get stronger, challenge yourself every time you come to Kristinedals Träningscenter. Every gram and every repetition counts.

 

Vad upplever du för utmaningar i din träning? 
I can think of enough reasons to stay home. But there are always reasons to workout and focus on yourself and your body. Think positive!
